Our Process

Hello, and thank you for your interest in getting tattooed at Summer’s End Studios! The following information reflects our current policies — please read thoroughly, and if you have questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to call or email!

WALK-INS

Most of the time we can not accommodate walk-ins. Our schedules tend to fill up in advance of the current day/week. Our lead times vary by artist and time of year, so please reach out via email or consult form for more specific details on scheduling. We’re grateful to be so in demand in the community, and we hope that everyone can appreciate our busy schedule as a positive reflection on our quality work and customer experience!

COVID RELATED POLICIES

In tattooing we have both physical proximity and duration of time working against us. While our artists choose to continue to wear masks for our own health and safety, masks are NO LONGER REQUIRED, but greatly appreciated. If you feel sick in any way, covid or otherwise, we ask that you not come to the studio for your appointment. We are ALWAYS more than happy to move a scheduled appointment in this case.

CONSULTS

Consults for new projects can be conducted in-person with a scheduled appointment, or via phone, email or video conference. To schedule a consult for a new tattoo project, please visit our online consult form and we will contact you to begin the process from there.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Have good night’s sleep, and a solid meal beforehand— set yourself up for success! Please arrive on time, wearing comfortable, dark-colored clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area.

We allow TWO guests to accompany our clients for the duration of the tattoo. Children are not permitted in the studio.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Food and drinks are permitted in sealed containers, and artists will happily allow quick breaks for a sip or a snack.

AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT

Aftercare info is available on our website, and paper copies are available upon request. We are always available via phone, email or video conference to assist clients in the safe and healthy healing of their tattoos.

Thank you!

Cheers,
Lynn and Benjamin
